Some special steps we take

For patients who come to us and do not have completely healthy teeth or gums, we will develop a plan combining prevention and restorative techniques to get your mouth as healthy as possible. We believe in keeping you fully informed, both about what we’ve found and what options there are to deal with our findings. Where appropriate, we will recommend a referral to a specialist who will be able to deal with a specific, more difficult problem more effectively than we can.

In doing restorative work, we believe in offering you not only choice, but also the information you need to make those choices. For instance, fillings can be done in white resin, silver amalgam, porcelain or gold. Crowns can be done in porcelain or gold. Each material has different pros and cons, depending upon the situation. We will review your options with you, so you can make a decision that you are comfortable with. Combining quality restorative dentistry with our Continuous Prevention Program will allow us to get, and keep, your mouth healthy and looking great.
