Appointment Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled up to 9 months in advance. When you schedule an appointment at Humber Valley Dental, we hold the appointment time exclusively for you. We do our very best to stay on time, and usually do. Occasionally our patients will call with an emergency and we will try to see them the same day, even without a scheduled appointment. Often we’re able to work them into the normal flow of a day, but sometimes seeing a patient emergency will cause us to run late. We find our patients are very understanding of this, because they too would want to be seen quickly if they had a true emergency.

Cancellations and Short Notice Changes
We know that sometimes things change, and are happy to work with you to reschedule appointments you have previously scheduled, as long as we get at least 2 working days advance notice. If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 2 working days advance notice, you will be charged a $75 fee for a missed appointment. This fee may be waived in extenuating circumstances or if we are able to fill the appointment with another patient.
