It helps you get a relaxing sleep after a tiring day.
Give it a try:
Find a place and position yourself in a way you can truly relax and drift off to sleep.
With eyes closed, breathe in up to your comfort level - about four seconds.
Hold that breath for slightly longer than the breath in - about seven seconds.
Exhale continuously for slightly longer than you held it - about eight seconds.
Repeat the process for at least four full breaths until you achieve deep relaxation or fall asleep.
